Dear CODE members,                                  February 2012

The Conference of Diocesan Executives (CODE) sponsors a conference each year to help teach, inspire and equip those who serve on bishops’ staffs to better serve the clergy and lay people with whom they work daily.

    This year’s event, “Charting a Course for Still Waters,” is April 17-20 at the Sheraton Annapolis Hotel in Annapolis, Md., and is intended specifically for members of bishops’ staffs who serve in executive capacities. Full details will be posted here soon.

    It’s a time for networking – a primary reason for gathering – as well as time for worship, workshops on a wide variety of topics specific to diocesan leaders, and re-creation. We hope to empower and equip each participant with new tools and insights to go home and offer strong leadership in their individual dioceses.
